The featured former beloved President seems to be disgusted/confused by the native apparatus in his hands/ready to spit a loogie at the friendly Asian diplomat or corrupt Asian leader next to him.
Look how far we’ve come since… now everyone knows how to use these little wooden tools (remind me of the name please?) and our leaders are no longer ever found on corruption/misconduct charges.
