Well, is he?  This new and hardly-controversial-oh-wait-just-kidding-everyone’s-pissed app, made by developer emmene-moi (original creator of the same app but in France), holds all the answers to that burning question by having you answer 20 pretty simple questions that yield to a sure-fire answer of whether your son is a big ol’ gay or not.

How does the app work?
It’s just a collection of 20 yes-or-no questions for a parent to answer about a son. The questions range from “Does he like to dress well?” to “Does he like diva singers?” to “Does he get along with his father?” Once the test is completed, the app sizes up all of the answers. It announces either: “No need to look the other way! He is gay! ACCEPT IT;” or, “You have nothing to worry about, your son is not gay. So you have a very good chance of being a grandmother with all the joys that brings.”

This all seems so terrifying, yet it all seems potentially true.

Around the 4:00 minute mark and the 7:00 minute mark are particularly good moments.

Journalism needs to get back to more of this kind of reporting, really uncovering the creepy taboos of our society.
